To rent one of our units, simply choose which one you would like (either the Game Ready Pro 2.0 or Breggs Polar Cube), select the duration of your rental, and fill out necessary information. Prices are listed on our website. Once we’ve confirmed your duration and completed payment, we will ship the machine to the address you provided.
The standard rental length will be based off of contracted duration. If you need to extend the rental period, please contact our customer support team before the initial rental period expires. Extensions are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Each rental undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process. We use industry-standard cleaning solutions to ensure your equipment is in pristine condition before being shipped out.
Each rental package includes the cold compression therapy machine of your choice, appropriate wraps, accessories, and a user manual for instructions. The rental fee covers the entire package, so there are no hidden costs.
We offer reliable shipping services to ensure prompt delivery of our cold compression therapy machines. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we strive to get the equipment to you as quickly as possible.
If you experience any issues with the cold compression therapy machine, please contact our customer support team immediately. We provide assistance and troubleshooting guidance over the phone. In the rare event that the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to you promptly. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities.
